Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To register on ns125, you must provide accurate, complete, and personal information. Each user may only hold one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts under the same identity may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
Core User Responsibilities

Payment, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions on ns125 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 to 72 hours; however, withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
Each promotional bonus has specific wagering requirements and an expiry period. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings become withdrawable only after the required wagering is completed. Unused bonuses will be forfeited if an account is closed before the conditions are met. ns125 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or unusual transactions.
Account Suspension, Termination & Limitation of Liability
Ns125 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under any of the following circumstances:

- Operating Multiple Accounts
- Fraudulent Betting Activity
- Use of Unauthorized Payment Methods
- Bonus Abuse
- Losses Due to Technical Errors
- Internet Connection Interruption
- Third-Party Payment Delays
- Force Majeure Events
- Losses Due to User Negligence
Ns125 is not liable under any circumstances for indirect or incidental damages. Our maximum liability for any financial loss arising through the platform is limited to the amount of the specific transaction involved.
